At Layman's Flame, we partner with Printify to create and deliver high-quality, custom-made products. Please review our shipping policy to understand our processes, timelines, and responsibilities.
1. Processing and Production Time
All products are custom-made on demand. Orders typically take 2–7 business days to produce before shipping. During peak seasons, production may take slightly longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Methods and Times
We offer Standard and Express shipping via trusted carriers like USPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on the print provider and destination. Estimated delivery times after production:
- United States: 3–7 business days (Standard), 1–3 business days (Express).
- International: 7–30 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or customs. We’ll provide tracking information (when available) via email or your order status page at https://laymansflame.com/account .
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are not included in the shipping cost.
4. Shipping Destinations
We ship to worldwide. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, contact us at laymansflame@laymansflame.com to discuss options. Some regions may have restrictions due to carrier limitations.
5. Order Tracking
Most orders include tracking, accessible via the shipping confirmation email or your account at https://laymansflame.com/account . For orders without tracking (e.g., some international shipments), contact us for assistance.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Lost Orders: If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at laymansflame@laymansflame.com . We’ll provide a free replacement or refund after verification.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please report it within 30 days of delivery with photos. See our Refund Policy for details on replacements or refunds.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Please provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs due to incorrect addresses, unclaimed packages, or refused deliveries. International customers are responsible for complying with local customs regulations.
